The Colleague Experience Associate plays a critical role in shaping a consistent, engaging and inclusive colleague experience globally. The associate is responsible for coordinating and driving consistency globally across colleague-facing activities: social activities, learning, charity/community activities, communication channels, collaboration hubs etc. The role is central to delivering the new Global People Strategy, ensuring that all colleagues have a joined-up experience regardless of where they work at the Corporation. It will drive clarity and cohesion in all colleague matters, along with consistent agendas, building understanding and awareness. They will provide guidance and support to the Comms team, HR and work closely with the Heads of People and Chief of Staffs/Business managers within functions, embedding the Colleague Value Proposition and making it real for our people. A key part of the role would be building awareness of what's available to colleagues through providing them with the resources and information that they need. Key Accountabilities: • Lead the design and implementation of a cohesive approach to colleague-facing activities across all regions, ensuring consistency in social events, ECF agendas, learning opportunities, charity/community initiatives, communication channels, and collaboration hubs., • Drive clarity and cohesion so colleagues experience a unified culture regardless of location., • Promote and build understanding of available benefits and programs (e.g., Perks at Work, Wellbeing resources), ensuring colleagues know what's on offer and how to access it. Develop creative campaigns and engagement tactics to increase visibility and usage., • Support the delivery of a global internal communications strategy that improves engagement and measures effectiveness of channels. Ensure colleague experience priorities are embedded in strategic planning processes., • Design and execute initiatives that strengthen connection and belonging across global teams. Use data (e.g., engagement surveys, exit interviews, turnover metrics) to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes., • Work closely with Heads of People and Chief of Staffs/Business Managers to embed the Colleague Value Proposition into everyday experiences. Contribute to the delivery of people plans and strategic priorities across functions., • Own and maintain key colleague-facing platforms such as the Collaboration Hub and chat channels. Support the business owners in creating and curating content for newsletters, blogs, videos, and discovery sessions., • Responsible for building tools to support with colleague recognition programmes specifically focused on merchandise, significant holidays, birthdays, milestones, anniversaries etc., • Chair working groups focused on communication, engagement, and global charity initiatives., • Collaborate with Employee Change Forums to implement positive cultural initiatives globally. Act as a Values Champion, ensuring behaviours and activities reflect organisational principles and support ECFs with providing updates to colleagues., • Develop and maintain effective relationships with leadership teams, HR, engagement specialists, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared focus on improving colleague experience. To deliver this role, you will need to be passionate about your colleagues and have outstanding communication skills to engage and influence positive change to build an inclusive and high performing culture through consistent and simple messaging of complex issues.
