Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Bristol (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office per week) Salary: £26,500 base + monthly bonus (OTE £32,000) Reports to: Sales Manager Start: 2026 About Earworm Earworm is a fast-growing podcast and content agency working with ambitious B2B brands that care deeply about what they put into the world. We move fast. We test, learn, improve, and keep going. We’re building the foundations of a scalable agency - and sales is a huge part of that. We love our clients. Their success is our success. And above all else: content is king. The Role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in 2026. This is an entry-level role with serious progression potential. You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager to build a pipeline, start conversations with ambitious brands, and help fuel Earworm’s next stage of growth. You’ll receive training and hands-on mentorship, but this is not a passive role. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of your numbers, and grow into a confident outbound sales professional. If you want to build a real career in sales within a creative, fast-paced agency - this is the place to start. What You’ll Be Doing • Researching and identifying high-quality B2B prospects, • Executing outbound outreach across email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative approaches, • Booking strong discovery calls for the Sales Manager, • Keeping CRM data clean, organised, and accurate, • Tracking KPIs and pipeline performance, • Working closely with marketing to align outreach with campaigns, • Testing messaging, learning what works, and improving constantly This role sits at the heart of our outbound growth strategy. What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience - but you do need drive. You’re likely someone who is: • A confident communicator (written and verbal), • Comfortable speaking to senior decision-makers, • Motivated by targets and measurable results, • Curious and quick to learn new tools and techniques, • Organised and disciplined with follow-up, • Ambitious and resilient - you don’t crumble at rejection A degree in Marketing or a creative/communications field is helpful, but not essential. Attitude and hunger matter more. You’ll thrive here if you: • Like moving quickly, • Enjoy testing and improving, • Take ownership of your performance, • Want to build a long-term career in sales What This Role Is Not This role is not: • A marketing-only position, • A role where leads are handed to you, • A job without targets or accountability, • A slow, overly structured sales environment If you want comfort over growth, this won’t suit you. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days By around 3 months in, a successful SDR at Earworm will: • Have a strong understanding of Earworm’s services and ideal clients, • Confidently articulate our value proposition, • Be consistently booking qualified discovery calls, • Maintain clean, reliable CRM data, • Understand their numbers and performance metrics, • Contribute ideas to improve outreach messaging, • Be trusted as a reliable contributor to pipeline growth At this stage, you’ll be building momentum - not just learning. Benefits • 33 days annual leave (including UK bank holidays), • Birthday off, fully paid, • Flexible working hours - no micromanagement, • Work from anywhere for 2 weeks each year, • £300 annual learning & development budget, • Pension (5% employee, 3% employer contribution) How to Apply We love creative applications - show us how you think. Send your CV, covering letter (and anything else you think is relevant) to: / Ben Farley, Founder/Lucy Meecham-Jones, Senior Sales Manager If you’re ambitious, competitive, and want to build something meaningful in a growing agency - we’d love to hear from you.
