Our Client Services team is a vital cog in the wheel of the agency- delivering world-class relationships and project management skills for our clients, whilst ensuring that all accounts are not only commercially healthy but also, ideally, growing year on year. About the Department: The Client Services Department is headed up by Team Eleven’s Managing Partner and Managing Director. Client Services at Team Eleven should reflect the considerable ambition of the agency. Delivering world class relationship and project management and ensuring that all accounts are not only commercially healthy but also, ideally, growing year on year. Like any business, the agency constantly strives to maximise revenue from existing and new clients, but this is largely driven by the Client Services team. As such, the motivation and effort of the Client Services team is directly linked to revenue goals. About You: As a Senior Account Executive you will have the enthusiasm, drive and passion to take your skills to the next level. Working within the Client Services team and as the day to day ‘face’ of the Agency, you’re responsible for delivering excellent relationships and project management. You’re a key member of an account team working with our talented team of Account Directors (AD), Account Managers (AM) and Account Executives (AE) to drive projects for our key clients. We’re looking for someone who has 2+ years of agency experience, with a strong background working on B2B clients, where you have managed and played a key role in the successful output of your clients’ work. Working with clients, internal teams (strategy, creative and commercial) and third parties, you will be able to understand client briefs and objectives, and be able to provide them with insights, deliverable solutions and recommendations for their projects. Duties & Responsibilities: • End-to-end management of client projects and campaigns., • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to assess briefs, evaluate suitable channels and target audience to consistently deliver impactful results. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness., • Being the day-to-day contact for clients, internal teams and third parties- ensuring teams are responding promptly to messages (within 24 working hours of receipt). Hosting client status calls., • Working with AD(s) to shape and drive the ongoing client strategy, optimising campaigns to achieve the absolute best results for clients, considering performance across different channels and budget., • Manage individual project budgets, ensuring we’re pacing within fee and achieving income goals whilst driving the best results for clients. Ensure updates are applied to both Synergist (agency management system) and supporting Excel tracking documents including the following tasks: drafting cost estimates and submitting to AD for checking, presenting cost estimates to client for approval, processing purchase orders, purchase invoices / sales invoices in Synergist, updating master client facing budget tracking doc, connecting with commercial regularly to ensure numbers balance with accounts., • Leading and managing campaigns across different channels including production and shoots – from cost estimate creation and client submission to final delivery and invoicing. Liaising with Traffic Manager and freelancers to schedule resource for creative projects, preparing clear and concise supporting briefs and hosting briefing sessions if needed., • Specifically linked to shoots: play a leading role in managing shoots from pre-production to post-production and final delivery, managing PPM and implementing document. Management of budgets and attendance on shoot as senior lead., • Ensure project timings plans for internal and client teams are in place and kept up to date, flagging any changes and communicating potential implications to budgets., • Leading on tools and processes including project management tools (e.g. Asana) ensuring we are utilising these efficiently., • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising, with clients in mind., • Build relationships across the agency, helping educate and broaden awareness of client work., • Account admin support such as contact reports, status reports, project timing plans etc as and when required., • Provide Account support across other areas of the business as and when required. Interview Process: • 1st Interview: 30 minutes Teams call with the department’s Account Director, • 2nd Interview: 1 hour in-person interview with a role-specific task. This will be at our offices in Bradford-on-Avon, with the departments Account Director and another senior member of the team., • Potentially a 3rd Interview with the Managing Partner. TBC Salary • £25,000- £28,000 per annum- depending on experience.
