Electronics / Senior Electronics Engineer Permanent We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join a world-leading team delivering cutting-edge solutions for extreme environments. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full engineering lifecycle from shaping concepts, solving technical challenges, and ensuring long-term product support. Your work will span: • Designing new electronic systems and upgrading existing ones to meet demanding client needs., • Producing detailed specifications, bills of materials, test procedures, and compliance documentation., • Acting as a technical authority, reviewing and approving engineering designs., • Collaborating with colleagues in sales, supply chain, and production to deliver the best solutions., • Driving projects to completion on time, on budget, and in line with international standards., • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a high-performing, engaged team culture. About you You’re not just an engineer, you’re a problem solver who thrives on challenge. You’ll need to bring: • A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)., • Strong circuit design and embedded systems experience (STM32 or similar)., • Hands-on knowledge of PCB schematic capture and layout (ideally with Altium)., • Understanding of EMC compliance, CE marking, and functional safety standards., • Familiarity with design standards (IPC) and class society rules (LR, DNV) is a big plus., • Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills., • The ability to balance detail with deadlines, adapting quickly when requirements shift.
