Senior IT Recruitment Consultant | High-Value Tech Recruitment | 25% Uncapped Commission (£100k OTE) | Work Closely with the Founder • Essential that you have IT recruitment experience (any sector is OK), • Our delivery is roughly 50% in Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure, and the other 50% across Development, Data, QA and Project and Programme Management, • This is a new business-focused role, so you must have proven experience in winning new clients, • Contract or Perm background is OK, • Possibilities to be an individual contributor or a future team leader, depending on your preferred career path We have a fantastic opportunity at Prism Digital for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London Bridge near Borough Market and work closely with our Founder. Prism is a boutique consultancy operating more like a search firm within the technology sector. Established in 2012, we partner with startups, scale-ups and enterprise businesses to build high-performing teams across Cloud, Platform, Software, Data and Security. Our average placement fee is £13k, with uncapped commission at 25% and no threshold. This is a high-value, sales-led 360 role designed for recruiters who want both autonomy and serious earning potential. This is a strategic position where the Founder is looking for a senior recruiter to act as a genuine right-hand commercial partner. You will have autonomy to shape how you approach your market, with direct access to strategic decision-making. You will operate as a full 360 consultant, but this is not a transactional CV-slinging desk. You will win new clients, deliver high-quality search-led work, and position yourself as a long-term hiring partner to your accounts. What You Will Be Responsible For • Winning new client relationships within the technology space, • Building and developing senior stakeholder relationships (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Platform Leaders, IT Directors), • Advising clients on hiring strategy, team structure, market conditions and talent availability, • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and/or contract mandates, • Expanding and deepening existing accounts, • Owning and executing your own market strategy aligned to monthly revenue targets, • Working closely with the Founder to shape go-to-market strategy and commercial direction How Success Is Measured • Revenue and margin performance against agreed targets, • Growth and retention of key accounts, • Depth and quality of senior stakeholder relationships, • Strength and consistency of pipeline, • Delivery quality and repeat business What Makes Us Different? • Passionate about collaborating in the market. About You • Proven IT / Technology recruitment experience, • Strong track record of billing and winning new business, • Comfortable leading senior-level conversations and negotiating commercially, • Consultative in your approach, able to advise clients rather than simply react to briefs, • Highly organised, capable of managing multiple live processes and relationships simultaneously, • Emotionally intelligent and commercially sharp, • Competitive, resilient and serious about performance, • Motivated by ownership, influence and uncapped earning potential What This Role Can Become Depending on your ambition, this role could evolve into: • Senior individual contributor / super-biller, • Player-manager, • Ownership of a contract function, • Ownership of new international territories, • A leadership role shaping Prism’s long-term growth strategy If you want to build something rather than inherit a boxed-in desk, this is that role.
