Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the billing and collection process, • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, and take action to collect overdue accounts, • Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve any billing disputes and inquiries, • Prepare and present accounts receivable metrics and reports to management, • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, • Knowledge of Fieldglass Invoicing System, • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability to manage a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
