Job Description The Real Estate Assistant plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting both real estate and nonprofit initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and confident handling administrative tasks, sales calls, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Answer phone calls professionally, respond to client inquiries, and schedule appointments., • Manage and coordinate calendars, including confirming real estate appointments and follow-ups., • Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, tracking deadlines, organizing files, and supporting agents, clients, and vendors throughout the process., • Conduct nonprofit research and support community outreach initiatives., • Supervise and manage other virtual assistants, ensuring task completion and quality., • Handle real estate administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and CRM updates, • Make sales calls, confirm appointments, and follow up with leads., • Make phone calls to title companies, mortgage lenders, inspectors and other vendors as needed, • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, partners, and team members., • Assist in planning and executing company events or initiatives as needed., • Perform general office tasks and support the team’s operational needs.
