Job Description Small Family-owned Real Estate Management Company seeks Bookkeeping/Lease admin assistant to become a part of our team. Small office environment, with each employee cross trained for each position for smooth operations. The bookkeeper/lease admin position will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. The bookkeeping/Lease admin is responsible for providing full bookkeeping utilizing the Rent Manager Property Software in addition to: administrative support; including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. Coordinate office supplies, assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current. Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts. The applicant will also assist with property management related issues and resolutions.
