Job Description Mindful Care is seeking an experienced Billing Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. Candidates must have a minimum of one year prior experience to be considered. This position is responsible for assisting with medical billing workflows, claim submissions, payment postings, account reconciliations, and insurance follow-up to ensure timely and accurate revenue capture. The Billing Assistant will work closely with billers, coders, and other RCM team members to maintain efficient billing processes and exceptional customer service standards.
