Together, let's redefine what is possible in orbit and beyond! Terran Orbital is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as an entry-level member of the Program Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the VP of Program Management, the Program Analyst will provide administrative, coordination, and analytical support for the department and across multiple programs. This role is responsible for enabling efficient program execution through meeting coordination, documentation, and milestone preparation, while gaining exposure to core program management disciplines. The position is designed as a development pipeline for future Program Managers. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule program meetings, gate reviews, and executive reviews across cross-functional teams., • Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and track action items to closure., • Support preparation of program milestone reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR, and TRR including data gathering and formatting., • Maintain program documentation repositories ensuring version control and accessibility., • Assist Program Managers with updating internal program updates, risk registers, and status reports., • Track program action items, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up with responsible owners., • Support development of standardized templates, reports, and PMO tools aligned with the Terran program execution system., • Assist in compiling executive and monthly reporting packages., • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field, or currently in progress, • 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, internships, or related roles., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with familiarity in scheduling tools as a plus., • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. Work Environment The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company.
