Job DescriptionHIRING NOW - Carpenters Location: Orlando, FL Schedule: Full-time | Overtime & weekends as needed Pay: $18+ based on experience About the Role We are seeking a reliable Carpenter to join our team. This role supports the building, installation, and teardown of structures and components for different events. If you enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and creating high‑quality builds that bring events to life, this is the perfect opportunity. Responsibilities • Build, repair, and prepare event structures including staging, platforms, scenic pieces, displays, signage frames, and booth components, • Assist with onsite setup and teardown of event materials, • Measure, cut, and assemble wood, laminate, foam board, and other event-building materials, • Safely operate hand tools, saws, drills, and fastening equipment, • Work alongside leads and event crews to meet deadlines and adapt to last‑minute changes, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse carpentry area and onsite work zones, • Follow all safety procedures, especially during high‑traffic event operationsQualifications, • 1+ year experience in carpentry, construction, warehouse fabrication, or event build preferred, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long shifts during event days, • Comfortable using hand and power tools independently, • Ability to read simple build plans or receive direction and execute efficiently, • Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments, • Reliable transportation (some early call-times required), • Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to assist with general event logistics tasks when neededWhat We Offer, • Consistent hours with opportunities for overtime, • Weekly pay This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
