Business Operation Analyst or Program Analyst TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS & Experience (4+ years): 1. Data visualization, 2. SharePoint development, 3. High level written and oral communications, 4. MS Power Platforms (hands on proficiency) and troubleshoot: Power Automate and Power Apps flow, MS forms workflow automation, 5. Project Management - end to end. Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in project management, business operations, or program management Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Technical Program Coordination Analyst to provide program leadership for technical recognition, professional development projects, and global technical summits. This role acts as a central hub, aligning technical engagements with broader corporate skill teams, including Tech Strategy and Product Development. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between operational excellence and technical enablement—utilizing tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate to streamline complex global workflows, track program KPIs, and deliver seamless corporate learning events and technical award programs. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Drive Alignment: Establish and maintain robust relationships with internal skill teams, committee members, and global technical specialists to ensure cross-functional collaboration and milestone alignment., • Recognition & Awards: Oversee the end-to-end execution of global technical recognition and award programs, evaluating submissions to showcase high-impact projects to senior leadership teams., • Strategic Communications: Partner with Technology Communications to build and execute global communication plans, maximizing program reach, visibility, and community engagement. Operations & Event Management • Summit & Learning Logistics: Direct technical summits and learning series. Manage end-to-end event logistics by collaborating with venues, AV teams, and speakers while overseeing budget estimation, expense tracking, and financial procurement., • Database Management: Maintain global technical specialist databases to streamline community updates, event registrations, and communications. Data Analytics & Digital Automation • KPI Tracking: Create and maintain custom dashboards (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Jira) to track program health, milestones, and participation metrics, delivering real-time visibility to leadership., • Process Automation: Design and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Power Apps to optimize registration pipelines, post-event surveys, and global communications., • SharePoint Architecture: Advanced capability to design, structure, and maintain internal SharePoint sites as centralized hubs for up-to-date program resources and secure document storage., • Executive Reporting: Analyze post-engagement feedback and performance data to generate executive summaries and high-quality presentations that clearly convey strategic impact. Qualifications & Skills Required Technical Skills & Experience • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, end-to-end project lifecycles for high-profile programs (defining timelines, managing budgets, tracking milestones via MS Project or similar)., • Microsoft Power Platform: Hands-on proficiency building and troubleshooting custom Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms for workflow optimization., • SharePoint Development: Advanced capability in SharePoint site design, user navigation improvement, and permissions management., • Data Visualization: Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards in Power BI or Qlik Sense to turn program data into actionable insights., • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of successfully driving consensus among senior directors and global committees. Preferred Skills & Experience • Logistics: Specific experience coordinating large-scale corporate technical engagements, summits, or conferences., • Web Development: Experience developing internal platforms or web technologies focused on maximum usability and process efficiency., • Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design principles specifically applied to creating high-impact, executive-level presentations.
