Job DescriptionDescription: Street Outreach Navigator (SON) (40 hours, Full-time) Non-Exempt BUILD, Inc. They will establish and maintain rapport with local schools, police departments, community partners, and criminal justice institutions to provide services to youth and young adults identified as involved in high-risk behaviors. The (SON) will work closely with other program support staff to ensure that youth are integrated into other programs to dissuade them from recidivating and/or returning to gangs, destructive activities to themselves, others, and community assets thus bringing them in contact with community resources to channel their behavior toward positive and rewarding goals. The (SON) reports directly to the Manager of Outreach (MO). Job Description The Executive Chef is a key culinary management position responsible for the supervision and organization of a high-volume kitchen, developing customized menus and recipes, as well as overseeing proper food safety and sanitation procedures. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the overall management and guidance of the Hospice agencies within their region. Through management of policies and procedures, budgeting and financial oversight, the Regional Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources. This role promotes and supports the mission of changing the hospice experience. This role will oversee our hospice teams in Chicago. Responsibilities • Support new admissions goals; this role will be responsible for the team's overall performance which may include carrying a book subject to current team size and growth, • Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a specific region, ensuring that regional performance goals are met or exceeded, • Measure and own KPIs across your region, reporting upwards on a monthly basis, • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration, • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets, • Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships, • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels, • Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships, • Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call, • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies, • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goalsRequirements, • Must be based in the Chicago, IL metro area, • 10+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, • 5+ years of experience in behavioral health or healthcare strongly preferred, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies, • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency, • Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in the development, maintenance, and growth of customer accounts in a B2B / outreach setting, • Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a business development team, • Experience measuring, analyzing, and being accountable to well-defined sales metrics/KPIs, • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style, • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, • Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners, • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis, • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment Additional Information The total target base compensation for this role will be between $125,000 and $165,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
