What’s in it for you? • Competitive Pay: $27-37/Hour DOE, • Comprehensive Benefits Package:, • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • Prescription, • Life Insurance, • Short Term/Long Term Disability Coverage, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • NB Fitness Discount, • 6 Paid Holidays, • Paid Time Off + Vacation, • Biweekly Pay!, • Consistent Weekly Work Schedule, • Company provided: Gas Card, Truck, iPad and Uniforms, • Ability to dispatch from home!, • Company match 401K Retirement Plan, • While technical expertise is essential, success in this role is defined by your ability to build trust with homeowners, communicate clearly, and offer smart, value-driven solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term system performance., • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues with precision and efficiency, • Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and potential associated costs., • Conduct full-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes) to identify hidden issues or safety concerns, • Proactively recommend upgrades or preventative improvements (e.g., wiring replacement, circuit panel upgrades, GFCI outlets, surge protection), • Prepare detailed quotes and service invoices using company software (Service Titan), • Participate in training sessions to strengthen your technical expertise and customer communication skills What Success Looks Like: • Complete 3–4 service calls per day, • 70%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades, • Deliver thorough and insightful whole-home safety inspections on each visit (60-90 minuets), • Actively promote and contribute to membership plan sales, • Consistently keep monthly call-back rates low through quality workmanship, • Professional: Proven customer service skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, • Coachable: You are a high energy and are driven to seek continuous improvement, • A teammate: you enjoy working in small teams, building relationships, and supporting others, • Quality focused: Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills, • Customer-first mindset: you love helping people, and have a commitment to doing the job right the first time, • Entrepreneurial: Willing to ask for the business Requirements: • State-issued Journeyman Electrical license required, • 4+ years of experience in Electrical Work, • 1-2 years of residential electrical service experience (more a plus), • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Experience using Service Titan or other service management software preferred
