Job Description The Business Development & Revenue Coordinator is responsible for advancing Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden’s earned-revenue activities through the identification, coordination, and implementation of revenue-generating opportunities. This role focuses on growing and diversifying non-philanthropic revenue streams, strengthening partnerships, and improving the financial performance of programs, events, and rentals that are operated directly by Klehm. The position works closely with the Executive Director and internal staff to evaluate opportunities, develop pricing and packaging concepts, coordinate implementation, and track results. This is a strategic execution role and does not include supervisory responsibilities or oversight of fundraising, major gifts, or grant development.
