What You’ll Do: The HR Recruiting and Retention Specialist is responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for all business units while supporting onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions including but not limited to customer service representatives and technical positions, • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring timelines, • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career sites., • Source candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, career fairs, and community partnerships., • Administer pre-employment assessments, background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications, • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers., • Maintain accurate applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System, • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, applicant sources and hiring effectiveness, • Partner with department leaders to ensure successful employee integration, • Analyze turnover trends and recommend improvement initiatives, • Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to identify opportunities for improvement, • Coordinate employee surveys and communicate action plans based on feedback, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, • Maintain confidentiality of employee information, • Assist with HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements, • Maintain accurate personnel and recruiting records, • Prepare reports and HR Metrics for leadership Why You’ll Love Working Here At Edfinancial, we don’t just talk about culture — we live it.
