Description -\tSell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email. -\tEnter sales orders and quotes into P21 (internal CMS).* -\tProvide pricing and product information as requested.* -\tProvide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery information as required.* -\tAssist walk in customers if needed. -\tEnsure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current. -\tFollow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are handled / corrected in a timely manner. -\tFollow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome. -\tAttend department or company-wide meetings as required. -\tPerform all other duties as requested by supervisor. *Bullets 2-4 most important Skills inside sales support, order entry, manufacturing industry Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of experience in the industrial sales industry. Multitask oriented; must have strong verbal and written communication skills; must have strong organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
