We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Office & Operations Coordinator to serve as the first impression of our agency while supporting recruiters, sales, and leadership. This is not a traditional front desk role. It is a high-impact position for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do • Create a welcoming, professional experience for candidates and clients, • Manage phones, walk-ins, and front office flow, • Support recruiters with candidate intake, scheduling, and administrative tasks, • Help keep the office organized, stocked, and operating efficiently, • Coordinate meetings, events, and leadership calendars, • Assist with onboarding steps and documentation, • Jump in wherever needed to support team success No two days will look the same — and that’s exactly how you like it.
