Job Description Locations: • Lead Material Coordinator (1): Pentagon, Washington, DC, • Lead Material Coordinator (2): Springfield Warehouse, Springfield, VA Position Overview The Lead Material Coordinator provides day-to-day leadership for logistics and property management activities across assigned facilities. This position coordinates personnel engaged in receiving, inspecting, documenting, storing, and delivering government property while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, DPAS, FIAR, and RMC’s Quality Control Plan (QCP). Each Lead Material Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of warehouse and delivery functions—balancing hands-on logistics work with supervisory responsibilities. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to safety and accountability protocols required within a secure Department of Defense (DoD) environment. Primary Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the daily activities of Logistics and Material Coordinators across assigned warehouses or facilities., • Ensure compliance with all DPAS asset tracking and FIAR audit requirements, maintaining 100% accountability for property transactions., • Conduct daily inspections of vehicles, forklifts, and MHE to confirm operational safety and compliance with manufacturer and OSHA standards., • Supervise the receiving, labeling, and storing of materials, ensuring all items are logged accurately into inventory systems., • Coordinate property moves, deliveries, and disposals in accordance with DoD and agency policies., • Act as first-line supervisor for logistics staff, providing guidance, task assignments, and on-the-job training., • Interface directly with Warehouse Supervisors and government representatives to resolve discrepancies and address service requests., • Support phase-in, phase-out, and surge activities to maintain uninterrupted operations., • Maintain and update logs, incident reports, and performance documentation for submission to the Warehouse Supervisor. Education: • Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, facility support, or warehouse management., • Proven experience leading teams of at least 3–5 personnel in a logistics or supply chain environment., • Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification – current and valid., • Forklift Operator Certification – current and valid., • OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour General Industry Certification (29 CFR 1910) – required., • Must qualify for and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)., • Must pass NCIC background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening., • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working in warehouse and delivery environments., • Experience with DoD property management systems, including DPAS, GCSS-Army, or similar tools., • Experience supporting WHS, OSD, or IMCOM logistics or facility management contracts., • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills., • Core hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours, weekends, or surge events., • Work performed on-site at Pentagon, Springfield, or Cheverly facilities, with occasional travel to other NCR locations.Company DescriptionAt Roku Management Consulting (RMC), we are a dynamic and mission-driven organization committed to delivering innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of federal, state, and commercial clients.
