Monitor guest feedback and implement change based on guest feedback. * Manage labor costs and operating expenses in order to meet established operational and revenue targets. Suggest changes in working conditions, labor, and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Actively participate in the Corporate Safety Program and other similar programs and committees. Interpret company policies for workers and enforce safety regulations. * Develop and enforce emergency response procedures, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
