The Clinic Manager position allows one to apply their leadership skills and clinical skills while continuing to help their community by working with clients. Your day will be fast-paced and no two days will be the same! You can expect about: 25% of your day to be spent working with clients 30% of your time you will support clinicians and staff with licensure, clinical and admin requirements 20% of your time in an outreach and community development capacity letting the community know about Ellie! 15% on facilities and office management and 10% on billing, credentialing and troubleshooting. Required Skills/Abilities • Masters Degree or higher education in mental health discipline, • Independently licensed with a Colorado-issued clinical practice license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC), • Experience in supervising pre-licensed therapists, • Strong leadership and problem-solving skill sets, • Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
