SUMMARY Assist and supports the Project Manager in scheduling equipment, resources, and information to implement projects; this includes organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, and ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. • Establish document templates to capture and track project information upon project initiation, • Plan meetings and organize project logistics, • Perform project cost control tasks, • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored, • Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files, • Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails, • Communicate with clients as needed and directed by the PM to provide updates, request information, and facilitate group communication, • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings, • Provide administrative support as needed, • Monitor the progress of project tasks such as action items and key deliverables, • Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES Corden Pharma Colorado (CPC) is a manufacturer of a variety of pharmaceutical products. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Four-year technical degree (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.) preferred, though Associate Degree and experience in the CDMO/Manufacturing industry would be considered. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
