Job Summary As a Medical Receptionist - Phone Room Specialist, you will efficiently and effectively handle inbound and outbound scheduling communications for the providers. This role involves managing a wide range of clinical and administrative requests from patients and other stakeholders, including online chats, text messaging, emails, faxes, answering telephones, and scheduling patient appointments.
