Job DescriptionPosition: Receptionist/ Staffing ConsultantLocation: Addison, TX Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour The Receptionist/ Staffing Consultant at ASAP Personnel serves as the first point of contact for our office while supporting staffing operations. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, maintaining accurate ATS data, supporting our staffing referrals program, and assisting with monthly leasing classes.Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Communication • Answer and route all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, • Greet candidates, clients, and visitors as needed, • Provide general information about our services and open positionsStaffing & Administrative Support, • Assist recruiters and staffing consultants with daily administrative tasks, • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), • Enter, update, and audit candidate and client information to ensure data integrityReferrals Program, • Track and support the company’s staffing referral program, • Communicate referral guidelines to candidates and employees, • Ensure referrals are properly documented and followed up onTraining & Events, • Assist with organizing and supporting a leasing class once per month, • Coordinate candidate outreach and scheduling to ensure a minimum of 20 candidates are registered and attend each monthly leasing class, • Track attendance and follow up with candidates as needed, • Help prepare training materials and manage class logisticsQualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred), • Previous experience in reception, staffing, customer service, or administrative roles preferred, • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data, • Comfortable working with ATS systems and basic office software, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSkills & Competencies, • Professional and friendly demeanor, • Strong organizational skills, • Reliable and punctual, • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn staffing processes, • Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive informationAdditional Responsibilities, • Provide coverage and support at other office locations as needed, • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned to support overall business operations#INDDAL
