Job Description Mungo Homes has a new opening for a New Home Advisor / Sales Agent in our Triad, NC market! This position is responsible for securing prospective clients for sales within an assigned community. This will include showing community to prospective buyer, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned) • Achieve assigned targets to include, but not limited to: Net Sales, Closings, Customer Satisfaction and NPS goals and % of Point-of-Sale Concessions., • Maintain and service all contracted homeowners in Assigned Communities., • Develop, present, and implement an effective business and marketing plan on a quarterly basis., • Develop and deliver to our customers an excellent sales presentation based on the sales training provided to include but not limited to: Selling Mungo vs. the competition, presenting company specific programs, Assigned Community knowledge, basic lending guidelines and closing techniques., • Visit real estate broker offices and industry and community events to promote and market Assigned and Remote Communities., • Be in assigned selling location and ready to greet the first customer when the model is scheduled to be opened. This will require arriving at your model at least 15 minutes before the scheduled opening time to prepare your model and yourself. Weekend and holiday hours are required., • Show prospective Buyers homes and homesites for sale in Assigned communities., • Actively monitor the appearance and marketability of your community, model home(s), and market homes by regularly walking through, from a buyer’s perspective, to ensure that our marketing materials are present and presentable., • Promote sales of homes and homesites using approved marketing materials that adhere to company standards for branding and fair housing requirements., • Turn in all paperwork and earnest monies into the Market office within 24 hours of receipt or following workday if sold over a weekend or a holiday., • Shop competition to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Regular physical visits to the communities of our competition are required as well as continual audit of the website and marketing efforts., • Maintain all assigned listings on Mungo.com and the MLS with maximum photos and correct and accurate verbiage., • Attend ALL requested professional industry-related events (as appropriate) or as requested., • Attend / complete ALL required company training to include training that is off-site or out of town., • Comply with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment., • Collaborate closely with the Sales Leaders and Marketing team to plan, promote, and facilitate marketing events of various scopes that vary in number of participants that are hosted by the Sales Team within a given market. Requirements • Proven experience as a technical project manager, preferably within OT cybersecurity, IT, or industrial sectors., • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office applications for creating executive-level presentations., • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen attention to detail., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to shifting priorities., • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches., • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is preferred., • Experience managing geographically dispersed or distributed teams is a significant advantage., • Military project management experience is highly desirable., • Knowledge of Jira is a plus., • Willingness to develop foundational knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts., • Comfortable working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment., • Willingness to travel up to 5% as required. This is a rare opportunity to join at the pre-licensure stage, where your clinical insight, leadership, and ideas will directly shape our care standards, service model, and client experience. While client services will not begin until our license is approved, there will be very part-time planning hours available immediately, which may be completed remotely and flexibly. To support this work, we offer a monthly retainer during the pre-launch period. As the agency grows, this position is designed to transition into a full-time leadership role. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES AFTER LICENSE IS APPROVED: 1. Coordinates and oversees direct and indirect client services provided by agency personnel., 2. Reviews available client information to determine home care needs. Assigns appropriate personnel., 3. Reviews and evaluates each case by reviewing the services requested, conferences, record reviews, and discussions. Instructs and guides personnel to promote more effective performance and delivery of quality private duty services and is available at all times during operating hours to assist personnel as appropriate., 4. Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings and recommendations to Executive Director and other appropriate agency personnel., 5. Promotes the planning, implementation and evaluation of inservice and continuing education programs., 6. Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in the preparation and administration of the agency's budget., 7. Evaluates performance of staff personnel., 8. Works with the Administrator to hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel., 9. Conducts annual evaluations of direct reports, or more frequently if indicated., 10. Maintains or delegates the maintenance of adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services., 11. Develops, implements and evaluates the orientation program for new agency personnel. Orients or delegates orientation of new agency personnel., 12. Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws regarding licensure and certification of agency personnel as applicable., 13. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 1. Has a baccalaureate degree from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing., 2. Registered nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in the state., 3. Has three years of management experience in home care, home health or hospice., 4.
