This position is for a global healthcare company that specializes in plasma-derived medicines, and they are looking for candidates with 5 or more years of documented success selling capital equipment within acute care hospital settings and IDNs as evidenced by stack rankings, awards, and commendations. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations and Maintenance Proposal Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by leading and coordinating the development of high-quality, competitive proposals for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services related to solar photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy services, technical writing, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
