What You’ll Do • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers)., • Diagnose issues, execute minor repairs, and assist with complex repairs., • Document maintenance via company iPad/iPhone, ensuring accuracy., • 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience; high school diploma/GED, • EPA Certification: HVAC apprenticeship/technical training preferred., • Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn., • Personal hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, refrigerant gauges, • Ability to lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear PPE.
