Supported Living and Learning Solutions is a residential children’s care home based in Knowsley, Kirkby. The home specialises in providing high quality residential childcare services to support young boys aged 10 – 18, who are likely present with complex needs and challenging behaviour due to adverse childhood experiences. The house will home two young people and will consist of friendly staff who have extensive experience of working with young people within the care system. Our staff are experienced and passionate about helping youngsters transform their lives by learning them valuable skills and supporting and encouraging them to make positive progression.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager who will have the same ethos that we strive for and that is to ensure our young people are guided and cared at a great standard. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements, standards, and guidance framework. The successful candidate will also be required to have previous experience of residential childcare management.
Post holders will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
