Job Description Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of all things Front Office, being the go-to person for the team in absence of senior management. You have experience in a similar role, or as a Supervisor looking for further development with a demonstrable track record of excelling in Front Office operations and procedures. If you’re familiar with Opera or a similar front desk operating system and understand GDS that would be a big advantage.
