Assistant Operations Manager \n Birmingham \n £35k - £45K plus 30 days holiday and enhanced pension \n Working 36.5 hours per week (Mon-Friday shifts between 05:00-22;00) \n \n Are you an experienced leader looking to make a real difference in your community? \n A leading organisation is seeking a passionate and proactive Operations Manager to drive high-quality, efficient service delivery across Birmingham. \n \n We’re looking for someone with proven experience managing large teams — whether that’s in Transport, Airports, Facilities Management, the Military, or another service-led environment. If you’re motivated by performance, safety, and continuous improvement, this could be the role for you. \n \n The Role \n You will lead and develop teams delivering essential front-line services — ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction.
