Taylor & Francis Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join our Marketing Analytics Team. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can transform data into compelling narratives. As a key contributor the Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping data-driven strategies supporting stakeholders and enhancing overall marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: • Source clean and transform data from various sources, • Produce customer segmentation models for marketing purposes, • Analyse customer behaviour to provide actionable insights, • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators, • Assist marketing teams to design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns, • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using a variety of tools and techniques including A/B testing, • Assist with forecasting trend analysis and scenario modelling, • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, • Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies based on data analysis Qualifications : Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Customer or Marketing Analyst, • Skilled in profiling and segmenting customer data, • Proficient in querying data using SQL, • Experienced in implementing and analysing A/B tests, • Proficient in creating interactive dashboards ideally using Power BI or a similar tool, • Experience using Python R or Alteryx for data transformation & manipulation purposes, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical modelling techniques, • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and address data discrepancies, • Strong time management skills, • Committed to continuous learning and self-development Additional Information : Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of either our Milton Park Abingdon office or our London Blackfriars office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
