Key Responsibilities Commercial Oversight • Lead the commercial management of multiple high-value residential projects, ensuring financial performance and risk management., • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports., • Oversee contract administration, procurement, and tendering processes., • Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance to project teams., • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. Project & Stakeholder Management • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet commercial and operational objectives., • Advise the executive team on project viability, commercial strategy, and potential business opportunities., • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Implement robust commercial reporting and processes across all London projects., • Analyse project data to inform forecasting, pipeline planning, and performance improvement initiatives., • Drive efficiencies and best practices within the commercial function. Candidate Profile • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in luxury or super-prime residential developments, ideally including single-dwelling projects., • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management., • Deep knowledge of UK construction contracts, procurement, and tendering., • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously., • Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or equivalent) preferred.
