Responsibilities: • Be the face of Impress, deliver a world-class experience for every customer., • Meeting the patients and preparing the work area for their procedure., • Cleaning and sterilising dental instruments for the dentist., • Assisting the dentist during patient treatment and digitising their notes., • Taking 3D scans under the dentist’s supervision., • Looking after patient records and related medical notes., • Act as Treatment Coordinator to achieve KPIs and sales targets., • Call and follow-up with customers to drive sales., • Provide our customers with information about Impress oral care products., • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and activities., • Help patients to finance their treatments., • Coordinate with the booking agents and patient care for smooth appointment planning. Requirements: • A valid GDC registration number, • X Ray Certificate will be a plus., • Proven previous dental nursing experience., • Previous experience in the orthodontic industry will be a plus., • Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients., • Passionate for helping patients through their journey with impress., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical policies and procedures governing teams duties., • Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications. About the Role You’ll play an important role in guiding geotechnical aspects of projects, helping shape solutions from the tender stage through to construction. Your work will involve assessing ground risk and mitigation strategies, developing practical geotechnical solutions, coordinating site investigations, and supporting the design of temporary and permanent works. You’ll also assist operations with procedures, testing regimes, and verification reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. This is a broad, hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams. What You’ll Be Doing • Leading the geotechnical aspects of tenders and live projects, • Reviewing & interpreting geotechnical investigation reports/laboratory testing results to advise on earthworks strategies, foundation solutions, slope stability assessments, and ground improvement proposals. Reviewing earthworks strategies, proposals, performance specifications, etc, that have been developed by the client's team and advising on achievability given site conditions, • Preparing and reviewing geotechnical design reports, calculations, and technical documentation, • Scoping, coordinating, and interpreting site investigations, • Carry out the roles of design coordinator and temporary works coordinator on specific projects, • Liaise with Client and Designers at Tender and Construction Phase, including monitoring and reporting of design progress, • Prepare project design briefs, • Supporting design reviews and buildability assessments, • Providing geotechnical advice to site teams throughout construction, • Identifying geotechnical risks and proposing value-engineered solutions, • Liaising with clients, designers, consultants, laboratories, and internal teams, • Contributing to bid submissions, technical proposals, and project methodologies What We’re Looking For Essential: • Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or similar, • Strong geotechnical experience in contractor or consultancy environments, • Technical knowledge of earthworks, foundations, ground modelling, slope stability, temporary works, and ground improvement, • Ability to interpret ground investigation data, • Experience working on large earthworks and infrastructure projects, • Strong communication and coordination skills, • Ability to influence design decisions and support project teams, • Chartered or working toward CEng/CGeol, • Experience in design-and-build contracting, • Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., Slope/W, Plaxis, Wallap, HoleBASE) What We Offer • You will be part of a respected and growing civil engineering business., • You will work on a diverse range of high-profile infrastructure projects., • You will enjoy opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development., • Holiday entitlement: 34 days, • Company Pension, • Car Allowance, • Private Medical Insurance, • Cycle to work scheme, • Counselling Service, • Bonus Scheme HOW TO APPLY Click “Apply Now,” DM me directly, or send your up-to-date CV to .
