Account Executive / Senior Account Executive – Travel PR Salary: £26,000–£32,000 (DOE) Location: Bristol or London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office) A fantastic opportunity has opened at a well-loved independent PR agency celebrated for its creative storytelling, sector expertise and warm, people-first culture. With offices across Bristol, London and Cornwall, they work with some of the most exciting names in UK travel, hospitality and leisure – from boutique hotels and adventure experiences to destination brands and attractions. They’re now looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join the team and support a large, gorgeous portfolio of UK-based travel, leisure and hospitality clients. If you love the buzz of media relations, the craft of storytelling and the joy of helping people discover amazing places, this is one not to miss. About the role You’ll play a hands-on role across press office activity, influencer relations, campaign delivery and client servicing. It’s a varied position ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ PR experience who is organised, proactive and excited to dive into a busy and vibrant travel portfolio. Press trips, itinerary planning, hotel and destination coverage, influencer management and daily storytelling all sit at the heart of this role. What you’ll be doing • Client Service & Campaign Delivery, • Support day-to-day delivery across a diverse portfolio of travel and leisure accounts, • Help plan and implement PR campaigns and creative activations, • Read key travel, lifestyle and consumer publications daily, sharing insights and implications with your team and clients, • Stay on top of travel industry trends, competitor activity and sector news, • Develop clear, concise written materials including email updates, client notes and campaign documents, • Media & Influencer Relations, • Act as day-to-day contact for journalists, influencers and content creators, • Build strong relationships across UK travel, lifestyle, consumer and regional media, • Plan and manage press trips, including itineraries, logistics and follow-up, • Pitch story ideas proactively and secure meaningful coverage, • Draft press releases, media pitches, invites and briefing notes, • Manage media lists, monitor coverage and support wider evaluation activity, • Respond to reactive opportunities and media enquiries with speed and confidence What they’re looking for • 1–2 years’ PR experience, ideally in travel, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer, • Existing media and influencer contacts across UK travel and leisure, • Experience planning and delivering press trips (end-to-end), • A natural storyteller with strong writing skills, • Someone self-motivated, confident, inquisitive and adaptable, • A genuine passion for travel, hotels, destinations and UK adventures, • A team player who brings positivity and imagination to every brief What you’ll get • £28,000–£32,000 salary, depending on experience, • Hybrid working with flexi hours, • A supportive, creative team with brilliant training and development opportunities, • Generous holiday allowance, • Exposure to a wide range of exciting travel and lifestyle brands, • Opportunities to travel between Bristol, London and Cornwall offices, • A people-first culture grounded in creativity, collaboration and growth
