This is a vital role at the heart of the travel industry, ensuring every aircraft departs with the precision-packed meals and supplies required for a world-class passenger experience. The Role • Reporting into the Sous Chef, Operations., • Producing food items according to approved specification/recipes. Key Responsibilities:, • Managing daily production shifts., • Training and monitoring shift employees to ensure compliance with proper work procedures and, • production of food components., • Responsible for the preparation/cooking of food items according to approved specifications and, • recipes., • Monitors yields of products to ensure maximum usage., • Ensures quality production standards are followed and maintained., • The CdeP ensures adherence to HACCP and regional safety regulations in compliance with, • gategroup policies and procedures., • Preparing materials lists for designated recipes.Shift Pattern:, • 40 hours per week., • Rotational Various shift available (including weekends)., • Standard shifts typically run 07:00 - 15:00 (subject to department needs)., • Right to Work: Must possess valid documentation to work in the UK., • 5-Year Checkable History: You must provide a continuous 5-year record of employment, education, and addresses.
