Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Internal Account Manager focused on New Business, based in Swindon with flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also involve achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Re-engage dormant and lapsed accounts through strategic outreach and relationship-building, • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, • Develop and nurture relationships with distribution partners, resellers, and channel stakeholders, • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and drive lead generation, • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates and forecasts, • Stay informed on product developments, competitor activity, and market trends, • Support the wider sales team with account intelligence and pre-sales coordination What You’ll Bring • Proven experience in inside sales, ideally within IT, networking, or technology distribution, • Strong understanding of channel sales models and distribution ecosystems, • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, • A proactive, energetic approach to sales with a natural ability to build rapport, • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections with confidence, • Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Salary: £35-000 - £40,000 base DOE + £10,000 OTE Full-time | Permanent Excellent Career Prospects within the team and wider global business
