As demand grows, we’re expanding our field sales team to connect directly with eligible households. The Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of REFYT in local communities. Your job is to speak directly with homeowners, explain the benefits of free insulation upgrades through government funding, and book appointments for home surveys. This is a high-impact, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for motivated individuals.
