We are a very small family run Italian restaurant based near to Liverpool Street Station. We are looking for a full time Italian chef, working in a very small team of just two chefs. You will have weekends off and Bank Holidays as well as 2 weeks holiday over Christmas and New Year as well as 2 weeks in August when the restaurant is closed. We are looking for someone who is experienced and can work in an open kitchen with customers sitting around the counter watching you work. You need to therefore be clean, hygienic and work in a professional manner. You need to also be able to work calmly under pressure as well as work with quick based energy and enthusiasm. You will need to be a quick learner and we will teach you all our menu dishes (which change frequently) and how we work. As such we are looking for someone who is looking to stay in the same job for a minimum of 1 year.
