While the Junior Sous Chef may help out with menu planning and ordering, the primary responsibility is to help manage the staff and make sure that food is prepared, plated and served properly and efficiently. You will be required to work from 7:30am - 5:30pm, ensuring the quality of our breakfast service on a daily basis.
