Job Summary: An Accounts Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing financial transactions, records, and reporting processes within an organization. They ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department by handling invoices, reconciling financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Management: Maintain and update accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation for audits and compliance. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team and assist our young people as they transition to adulthood. The Role Help young people develop essential life skills. Provide guidance in education and career planning. Offer emotional and practical support. Create a safe and encouraging environment. Knowledge of Safeguarding for Children and Adults. Supporting and motivating young people into Employment, Training, and Education Helping young people gain self-control by challenging unacceptable behaviour and rewarding acceptable, pro-social conduct. Ensuring that each young person’s Support plan is followed and amended as appropriate to reflect their changing needs Providing emotional support at times of difficulty or stress The ideal candidate will need to be able to commit to our day shift 8am-8pm and night shift 8pm to 8am or a sleep-in night shift (for which a lump sum is paid),
