The Senior Chef will provide support to the Head Chef in meal preparation and support the Head Chef in the delivery of weekly menus to support our clients treatment plans, allergies and dietary requirements. The Senior Chef will ensure that food storage and general cleaning within the kitchen area are carried out to the standard required to ensure Orri’s Food Hygiene ‘Rated 5’ is maintained, reporting any concerns or breaches in compliance to the Head Chef. Desired skills and expertise: Level 3 Food Hygiene and COSHH certificates (training can be provided if required). Previous experience within a kitchen / meal preparation setting is essential. Ability to work without direct supervision. Keen to work within a team environment. Has high level of physical stamina and ability to work consistently in a busy kitchen environment.
