About the Role This is a central administrative and coordinator role within the Bleeding Fingers UK creative team. The position combines Project & Asset Coordination as well as Executive Support, working closely with both the Managing Director and Creative Director. You will help ensure that projects run smoothly from brief through delivery by supporting day-to-day coordination, tracking assets and maintaining accurate project information. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. Alongside project management, you will provide structured executive support to the MD and Creative Director, helping manage schedules, communications and key deliverables. This is an administrative role within a creative setting, ideal for someone who thrives on bringing clarity, structure and efficiency to complex workflows. What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities) Production Coordination • Input, maintain and track accurate project data across internal production systems, portals and CRM platforms to ensure all projects are properly documented and up to date., • Monitor composer progress and output and compile regular reports for leadership to support production oversight and planning., • Communicate briefs from the Creative Director to composers, coordinating revisions, timelines, priorities and project updates., • Ensure composers are aligned on deadlines and task prioritisation in line with production schedules., • Maintain clear communication between composers, producers and leadership to ensure alignment across all active projects., • Stay informed on production workflows, emerging tools and operational efficiencies that support the department’s output., • Assist with the organisation, naming conventions and metadata accuracy of music assets., • Resolve duplicate track names and data discrepancies in coordination with the Assets team., • Work closely with the Assets department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of music and supporting materials to clients., • Coordinate freelance composer agreements, NDAs and related documentation as required. Executive Support • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, scheduling and meeting coordination., • Prepare agendas, briefing materials and follow-up notes, ensuring key actions and priorities are tracked and delivered., • Act as a central coordination point between leadership and the wider creative team., • Support the planning and coordination of company initiatives, outreach activity and events, ensuring smooth execution and clear internal alignment., • Support broader departmental organisation, adapting to evolving production schedules and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
