Fire Suppression Operations Manager Based in Derbyshire/ Nottinghamshire/ South Yorkshire Up to £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance or Company Car This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a strategic shift - bringing fire suppression system installations in-house and building a high-performing team from the ground up. The Mission - Fire Suppression Operations Manager Our client currently relies on external contractors for suppression system installations. Your role will be to: - Lead and manage those external teams in the short term - Quote and oversee delivery of fire suppression projects and operations - Recruit, develop, and retain a permanent team of Suppression Engineers - Build an in-house function that reduces contractor dependency - Use your Fire Suppression skills to advise and lead Who We're Looking For as Head of Fire Suppression/ Fire Operations Manager... You'll be a confident, experienced manager with a background in managing Fire Suppression Engineers. You'll understand the technical and operational demands of suppression systems and have the credibility to lead both contractors and newly recruited staff.
