We are seeking an experienced and driven BREEAM assessor to join our expanding Environmental & Sustainability Services team. Day-to-Day Your typical day will involve: • Managing and delivering sustainability assessments for a variety of projects. * Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support certifications and client requirements. * Engaging with clients and project teams to provide expert sustainability advice. * Conducting site visits and evaluations to ensure compliance with sustainability standards. * Collaborating with colleagues in a hybrid working environment to achieve project goals. Responsibilities As a Sustainability Consultant, you will: • Deliver BREEAM assessments, as well as CEEQUAL, HQM, WELL, and Fitwel assessments and certifications. * Conduct sustainability analysis and reporting, including Net Zero advice, Carbon Life Cycle assessments, and Pre & Post Occupancy evaluations. * Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on sustainability strategies and environmental performance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability principles into building designs and developments. * Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental assessment. Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: • A BSc degree in a relevant environmental or sustainability-focused subject. * Relevant BREEAM qualifications and memberships with professional bodies and societies. * Proven experience in environmental assessment methods, including BREEAM, WELL, CEEQUAL, LEED, and HQM. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * A full UK driving license.
