Responsibilities Include: • Implement the IFRs digital communications strategy and create engaging content for social media channels, the IFR website and internal communications channels., • Manage the IFR consultation website, ensuring it is compliant with all relevant standards. This includes uploading content and working with wider teams to ensure information is up to date and reliable., • Create and develop engaging digital content including video production, graphics, animations, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite., • Work closely with the IFR stakeholder team to ensure consistency of content, message and tone. Person specification Essential Requirements Reporting to the Head of Digital Communications the successful candidate will have: • Experience working with Content Management Systems to create and upload content. Ensuring consistent tone, messaging and branding., • Experience in implementing social media strategies and managing social media channels., • Excellent creative content and production skills, including a strong user knowledge of Adobe Suite products (or similar)., • Good understanding of online accessibility standards and how to implement them in web content and design.
