Principal / Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Fast Track to Associate Location: Birmingham | Hybrid Working £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits (depending on experience) + Hybrid + Bonus + Training & Development to Associate About the Role A growing and forward-thinking Building Services Design Consultancy is seeking a Principal / Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Birmingham office. This is a newly established regional hub for a well-known national consultancy, and with ambitious growth plans in place, this role offers a clear fast track to Associate level. Specialising in Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and Building Physics design, the consultancy delivers low-carbon, high-performance solutions across a wide range of sectors including commercial, custody and justice, education, healthcare, retail, leisure, life sciences, residential, and industrial projects. You’ll act as the “second in command” to the Technical Director, supporting project delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and helping to shape the direction of the Birmingham office as it grows.
