Due to growth, theyre now hiring 4 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their graduate intake. This is a fast-track environment with clear progression. The first promotion typically happens within 68 months, taking your base from £30K to £35K, with a commission structure that scales up to 45%. The Role: Sourcing and engaging high-level candidates across PE, VC and Hedge Funds Working international markets and building long-term client relationships Managing live mandates with average fees around £75K Learning full 360 recruitment in a high-performance environment Developing into a specialist consultant with your own market What theyre looking for: Russell Group graduate (2023 / 2024 / 2025) with a 2:1 or above Ideally a business-focused degree (but not essential) Some form of corporate or commercial experience Sales experience is a strong plus Smart, driven, resilient, and commercially switched on Whats on offer: £30K starting salary £35K after first promotion (typically 68 months) Commission up to 45% International exposure 4 company holidays per year Award-winning culture and clear internal progression (current MD started as a graduate) This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to start their career in a top financial recruitment firm, with structured training, rapid progression, and the chance to earn well above market average early on.
