Earn What You Deliver: Base up to £35,000 depending on experience+ monthly bonus + 5% retail commission What Youll Do Deliver concierge-level service at the front desk, setting the tone for a 5-star journey. Manage bookings, payments, and diaries with precision. Convert warm patient leads into booked consultations and treatments. Take ownership of front of house, stepping in for management whilst away Drive product sales with confidence and warmth. Safeguard compliance and uphold luxury standards. Who Were Looking For Previous Front of House experience in an aesthetics clinic (essential). Proven background in sales and lead conversion . Bubbly, polished, and highly customer-service focused. Experience as a doctors assistant/chaperone (preferred). Strong IT literacy, including booking systems and MS Office. The Package Competitive based on skills and experience Monthly bonus scheme- up to £350 (£4,200 annually) 5% retail commission.
