As our EMEA Field Marketing Specialist at Vertiv, a Fortune 500 company headquartered in the US with EMEA revenue doubling year over year, you'll be the engine behind event delivery, PR coordination and narrative, lead management, and brand-perfect execution across Northern Europe.You won't just plan marketing; you'll make it happen. From packed trade show floor to the precision of a perfectly routed leads to sales. You will owe the execution that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline. You'll be the trusted day-to-day marketing partner for field sales teams, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes both face-to-face and through remote connections to ensure every activation, campaign, and touchpoint is delivered with the quality and consistency that builds real commercial momentum.Location & Working ArrangementThis is a remote role; however, you will be travelling regularly (up to 3 months per year) within the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. You will also be expected to attend face-to-face meetings at our London or Southampton offices on a regular basis.What You'll OwnPR, Narrative & CommunicationsShape and amplify Vertiv's regional narrative through coordinated PR activity, thought leadership placement, and media engagement. Working alongside the PR Agencies and EMEA PR team to ensure consistent messaging across earned, owned, and paid channels, Coordinate content reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment before publication, working closely with subject matter experts, portfolio teams, creating compelling content across a range of formats, including case studies, customer stories, videos, advertising, landing papers and digital campaign assets.Event Execution & Lead ConversionRun the full operational playbook for marketing events, trade shows, and field activations end-to-end. Then own the critical handoff, ensuring every lead is accurately captured, CRM-routed, qualified, and delivered to Sales with zero pipeline leakage. Go beyond attendance numbers by analysing engagement depth, lead quality, and conversion potential to prove what's actually working.Revenue PODs & Pipeline ContributionWork closely with Revenue PODs (cross-functional sales and marketing teams) to align field marketing execution with commercial targets. Ensure marketing activities directly feed into POD-level revenue goals, providing visibility on sourced and influenced pipeline at a granular, team-based level.Pipeline & Demand GenerationConnect the dots between activity and impact. Track marketing-sourced pipeline contribution, monitor channel metrics, and report on the commercial value of every initiative using Power BI, Oracle Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.Brand, Content & CommunicationsEnforce global guidelines across all outputs, agency-produced, partner-generated, or internal — while ensuring every piece of messaging aligns with the broader GTM strategy and commercial objectives. Develop compelling customer case studies with Sales and manage local social media that balances global consistency with local relevance.Multi-Stakeholder Interface & Sales AlignmentServe as the go-to marketing contact for field sales teams, channel partners, regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders — building trusted relationships through regular face-to-face engagement at our London or Southampton offices and effective remote collaboration across time zones. Align on priorities, event participation, and campaign execution. Brief agencies with clarity and hold the line on timelines and quality. Strengthening Vertiv's presence in the local industry ecosystem through meaningful community engagement and connections.AI-Powered Efficiency & InnovationThe Specialist is expected to leverage the latest AI-powered content creation, research, productivity, and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency, enhance content quality, and support content strategy execution. Staying ahead of emerging technologies and integrating them into day-to-day marketing operations is a core expectation of this role.Data Governance & AccountabilityEnsure all data handling, lead capture, and communications comply with privacy regulations.
