Recruitment Partner – United Kingdom (Energy Exchange) Revenue Share Partnership | Remote | Founder-Level Opportunity About Energy Exchange Energy Exchange is building a next-generation recruitment and talent intelligence platform focused on the global energy sector. We connect talent, recruiters, contractors, and employers across renewables, power, infrastructure, utilities, and engineering through a modern AI-enabled ecosystem — not a traditional recruitment agency model. We are now expanding the UK division and are looking for a founding Recruitment Partner to help build and scale the UK recruitment arm under the Energy Exchange brand. ⸻ The Opportunity This is not a salaried recruitment role. This is a revenue-share partnership opportunity for someone who wants to help build a modern recruitment business with long-term upside.
