Assistant Principal Location: Enfield, Greater LondonContract: Permanent | Full TimeSalary: L14-L18 + Outer London weightingStart Date: As soon as possible Reed Education is working in partnership with an outstanding all-through academy in Enfield (ages 2-19) to appoint a talented and values-driven Assistant Principal to join the Academy Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, inclusive academy where high expectations, strong values, and a deep commitment to ensuring no child is left behind are at the heart of everything they do. The Role As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in shaping whole-academy improvement and securing excellent outcomes for students across all phases. The role is not phase-specific, and applications are welcome from primary or secondary trained leaders, though there is likely to be a secondary focus. You will contribute strategically to teaching, learning, curriculum development, and leadership capacity, working closely with the principal and senior leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
